Deenside Wheelers Castlecomer Challenge with Sean Kelly

Many of our club members enjoyed themselves last year at this well run event and this years looks set to be even bigger and better. The lads at Deenside Wheelers have pulled off a master stroke in getting the legendary Sean Kelly (the one from Carrick on Suir not Ballyfoyle!) to be their honory guest for the day. This is a great opportunity to rub shoulders with one of Irelands greatest sport stars.

Here's hoping the weather is kind as this will be an excellent finale to everyones season.

With a choice of both a 50km and 100km route we would encourage all club members to have a go at this one, you won't be dissappointed and the funds raised are going to 2 excellent local charities, Castlecomer Day Care Centre and the Carlow/Kilkenny Homecare team.
