Back by popular demand the hugely popular Monday night beginners spin will begin again this Monday 18th April. The cycles are designed for adults.....don't be confused by the tricycle!!!

The first one explains the new format for this years beginners spins and the second one is a poster which can be printed off and given to anyone you think might be interested in particapating this year.
Please note the first 2 Monday nights of this years Beginners Program involve theory and practical advice on riding in a group.
Cyclists will meet at Castle Gate @ 6.50pm, Non Members Welcome.
