A big welcome from the club to the many new faces who have started joining us on our club spins, we hope you are all enjoying yourselves and will continue to build the steady miles with us throughout the winter. Club spins leave from the Castle Gates at 10am every Saturday and Sunday, non members are always welcome to join us on a few spins before deciding to sign up as members.

Full details for the annual Festive Fifty Charity Cycle are up on our website now. This is a charity cycle in aid of the Irish Wheelchair Association and will take place on Sunday 4th December. Non members of the club are more than welcome to participate.

Tip of the Week: Make sure your bike is the right fit for you. A general rule of thumb is as follows: When your arms are on the handlebar, your elbows should NOT be locked straight. When your foot is on the pedal at its lowest point, your knee should NOT be locked straight.
